I work with clients your age who are going through life transitions and experiencing relational concerns. Life transitions include moving, graduating, starting something new, and more. Relational concerns encompass things like breakups, divorce, improving communication, or strengthening your relationship (romantic, familial, etc.). Therapy with me is collaborative. As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families within a systemic lens. This means not only do I look at you as the person in front of me, but I also consider you within your own unique context. In therapy, we will explore how your concerns present in relationships, school, work, etc.
Being a younger therapist, my goal is to make therapy relatable for Millennials and Gen Z clients. It isn’t easy finding a good match in a therapist, but I hope you be that for you.
