Hi there, I'm Donna! Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I look forward to working alongside you on your therapeutic journey, whether this is your first time or returning to continue your journey. I begin with a person-centered approach while fostering a safe, non-judgmental space. As we continue our therapeutic relationship, I tailor your sessions to meet your needs. My experience consists of working with young children through young adulthood. I am dedicated to supporting you in overcoming life challenges and transitions while cultivating resiliency and building self-esteem.
Goals start with you. We will explore why you want to start or resume your therapy journey. The goals we collaboratively create will be realistic and attainable. It is important to remember that your goals may change as your needs change.
During our first session, there will be an overview of informed consent. We will then have introductions to each other. There will be questions about what brought you here, expectations, treatment history, and life experiences, including childhood and family dynamics. Let's get to know each other!
