I believe that true healing begins in a space of safety, affirmation, and genuine partnership. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, from age 16 through older adulthood, using an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to your unique history and goals. My practice is grounded in the understanding that our past experiences significantly shape our present well-being. Therefore, all our work together is fundamentally trauma-informed, offering a supportive space to navigate the challenges of any life stage, including those unique to older adulthood.
I utilize evidence-based techniques (e.g. EMDR) to help you understand and reframe difficult thoughts, and gently guide your nervous system towards greater regulation and calm. I also provide comprehensive adolescent and adult diagnostic assessments specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD and Autism.
