I became a marriage and family therapist in 2009 after watching family and friends struggle with the pressures of today’s society and with keeping relationships together in a world that has become increasingly mobile and dependent on technology.
I am passionate about strengthening families and relationships, and helping people achieve a healthy balance in their lives. I have trained in trauma, adoption, mood disorders, stress, grief, issues related to military service, marriage and relationships. My experience encompasses work with individuals, couples and families.
