We are a private mental health practice comprised of 12 therapists from leading universities serving adults, teens, children, couples and families in Cresskill, Rutherford and Monmouth Beach New Jersey. We treat relationship issues, social/general and environmental anxiety, depression, stress, loss and grief, behavioral issues, mood disorders and more using CBT, DBT, Gottman techniques, psychodynamic, somatic and other therapy techniques.
