My ideal client would be anyone who would be interested in aspiring to be all that they were made to be. I would like to help you be intentional about your mental health and your relationships. I can help you learn ways to deal with your anxiety, depression and process any grief that you may be going through. I would like to work with you to help you have a better marriage or to be a more intentional parent. I have enjoyed working with teenagers for years and I also enjoy working with all aged adults. I offer individual sessions, couple sessions and family sessions in person to anyone willing to come to my office in Shelby NC. I also offer individual and couple sessions through Telehealth to anyone living anywhere in NC. If you are uncertain about Telehealth we can do a free 15 minute session so you can see what it would be like.
