I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in guiding others to broaden their perspectives. After over 30 years in the Public Schools I retired to focus full time on my Practice "Love First", emphasizing love as life's core value. My mission is to help individuals cultivate self-love, retrain their minds, and navigate life's challenges positively.
My counseling approach centers on person-centered therapy, following Carl Rogers' Theory of Personality which emphasizes inherent positivity in individuals - he/she is a trustworthy organism. Utilizing this client-centered and eclectic approach, I identify possibilities, purpose, and potential in my clients.
