I provide therapy to adults (from age 22 up) for a range of emotional and behavioral problems, including adjustment to life changes. My approach encourages individuals to pinpoint the patterns which may be causing them distress. We can then work together in a supportive environment as they identify the changes they want to make in order to have an emotionally healthy and rewarding life. I also perform evaluations (testing) for ages 6 through adulthood to determine emotional/personality issues (i.e.: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, depression, anxiety, personality traits, suitability for Bariatric surgery, etc.).
