I have collected compasses all my life. Being able to orient ourselves in this world is essential and ongoing work. The therapeutic process is one way to find True North again after a trauma, or in the regular course of life. I have been in clinical practice for over 25 years and I am equipped with many tools and approaches to tailor the therapeutic experience to meet your needs.
I see children, teens and adults in my practice. I work individually, with couples, or in groups. This website lists several "issues" that I work with, but there are many more beyond this list. Please call with any questions you might have.
I use traditional talk therapy, as well as non-verbal creation, such as assemblage and collage, to express and enhance transformation. I also frequently walk the greenbelt with my clients during a session to teach mindfulness and provide an alternative to traditional face-to-face therapy.
