Stepping into counseling with you is a privilege. As a licensed professional counselor, I find counseling to be an invitation to listen and empathize to what is going on in your heart, your head, and your world. When these don’t align, there is an incongruence that rattles our inner world. My desire is to assist adults 18+ and couples to find peace. I served 10 years in Church Leadership, and I continue to believe that every age is important. Therefore, I chose to pursue counseling to help individuals pursue healthy mental health.
My focus is helping people find peace. Whether you need to find purpose and value in your own life (my specialty), understand grief, use EMDR, counter anxiety or depression, deal with spiritual distress, pursue a new career, or allow me to guide you as an adult using art and sand therapy, I want to help you.
