I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, working with individuals and couples across Virginia via telehealth. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I have extensive experience in working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, and Veterans issues.
My approach is based on the goals and needs of each individual. I have training in a number of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Person-Centered therapies all with a foundation of building on existing strengths and competencies of you as an individual.
