A supportive, non-biased therapeutic relationship is a major key in achieving positive change.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, and I bring in mindfulness and the mind/body connection. I have specialized training in trauma and anxiety treatment. Sessions are informal and relaxed, as I take the time to learn about you and what's important to you. I sometimes bring in creative methods, which can help when it's hard to find words.
