Accelerated Resolution Therapy can bring relief in 1-5 sessions, treating trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, poor sleep, phobias, relationship issues, anger, grief. A.R.T. has long lasting effects, is calming, appropriate for adults/children. A.R.T. can be included in longer term therapy.
I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, breathing, yoga, with traditional talk therapy. Adlerian training brings insight to problematic thoughts and behaviors promoting healing and change. A.R.T. works at the symptom level. Note: I provide therapy. I DO NOT provide letters for third party purposes, emotional support animals, etc.
