My clinical background includes a robust, private practice with in depth expertise in working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, anger management, relationships and attachment disorders. In addition, I am also a SAP for the DOT, a CISM credentialed provider, with a focus on individual and mass community trauma, and a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Specialist. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I held significant corporate positions at a Fortune 500 Company (IBM) and partnered with one of America's Largest Private Companies (New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc).
With my unique combination of a clinical and corporate background, I am able to connect with my clients' worlds, in a much deeper and more expansive manner, and as such, help them better understand themselves and connect to their own strengths and abilities necessary to release unhealthy behaviors and create healthy patterns leading to a well lived life.
First and foremost, I am a human being, just like you. What I can offer is a safe space for you to explore who you are, and come to realize all of the strengths you have, to build the life you want to lead. My clients often say I have a good sense of humor while nudging them to grow.
