Hi there, I am Donna I love a mixture of different approaches to therapy to get to the root of what has been difficult or confusing at times during our journey in life. the ups and downs in our journey in relationships, job stress, and family interactions can be overwhelming and stressful, learning balance is part of what I believe is finding ourselves and identifying the needs versus the wants of life choices and understanding ourselves.
I love the empowering of the self. Working together using a whole self approach addresses what I identify as balance - body, mind, and soul (content or peace) that helps develop a strong relationship with yourself. Seeking therapy can be a scary adventure, but well worth it.
