About
Are you looking for someone to help you make sense of the changes and challenges life brings? I believe every individual holds the key to the solution that is right for them. Empowering individuals to let go of self-criticism, create realistic expectations, and remove the barriers that are keeping them stuck is a process I believe in.
I work with individuals from adolescent to adult, utilizing a broad range of cognitive therapies. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. My background with eating disorders allows a unique perspective, and opens a conversation to address the many reasons why food is used as a source of emotional comfort, and an ineffective means of managing stress.
If you are experiencing life challenges, I look forward to collaborating with you, and supporting you on the journey toward positive change.

Eating disorder peer support group
This group is for young adult women approximate ages 15-25 (with some flexibility, under 18 must have parental consent). It is an eating disorder support group facilitated by a licensed clinical therapist. This group is recovery oriented for those who have been in treatment, or who recognize disordered eating behaviors and need a safe and judgement free space to talk about their experiences. Group is not a substitute for treatment rather a support for those working to reduce disordered eating behaviors in a supportive setting. New members must call prior to first meeting.
