Everyone is dealing with life's stressors, and sometimes things become overwhelming. I can help you work through these difficult feelings. I will teach you how to get rid of that negative, looping self-talk. You will gain insight by identifying triggers, and learning about coping tools to help improve functioning and decrease road blocks. I will collaborate with you on goals, and help you live life with an enhanced positive outlook. Your willingness is the key ingredient!
I will tailor our therapeutic relationship to meet your needs in a warm, non-judgmental, confidential environment. I will draw from several treatment modalities including: cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, family/marital, and existential therapy. I will honor the past, but work in the present to move towards your future goals. Insight makes change.
Currently providing telehealth only. I'm an IDMH approved supervisor in Johnson County, and offer supervision for MFT/MHC supervisees/interns/temporary-licenses. Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology at North Park University in Chicago, and regularly updated on educational advances in how to provide effective treatment. I look forward to working with you!
