Life can take us down unexpected roads, some of them incredibly dark and challenging. Through my own experiences and my work as a therapist, I understand how loss, trauma, and substance use can profoundly impact our lives.
As an experienced therapist, I offer trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Art Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also draw from CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I specialize in grief counseling and substance use.

I love watching individuals grow and learn all the great things about themselves. As I put it’s like magic watching someone change as they learn new ways of coping and make changes in their lives.
