About
I've been practicing counseling for more than 30 years, focusing on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, divorce recovery, and managing stress. I have a heart to help resolve conflict, whether internal or in relationships. Helping others find solutions to some of life's most challenging situations is my goal.
I offer individualized treatment based on a client's goals and desires. No treatment plan is the same. I believe counseling is a collaborative process. Working toward improved insight and understanding of yourself and others is essential to healing. It isn't easy, but life on the other side can be very satisfying.
It is my highest priority in counseling to offer a safe, compassionate, and professional environment for sharing life’s most challenging struggles. I consider it a privilege when anyone allows me into his or her life experience. My personal belief is that relationships are at the core of what brings meaning to our lives.
