I provide intensive, long term therapy for deep-seated issues as well as short term therapy for situational issues.
I am a solution focused therapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy in an interactive, sensitive, and compassionate approach. Dialectical Behavior Therapy is used depending on client need.
