As a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts, I love the work that I do! I specialize in couples counseling from a developmental model, but I also work with many individuals 18 and older. I know personally how difficult life can be and how hard it can be to ask for help. I'm here for you. If you are experiencing grief, loss of any kind, difficulty or pain in relationships, anxiety/depression, have experienced trauma, or struggling with self-esteem and figuring out your life path, I can help you explore and examine these intimate challenges.
In my practice, I am open about the process and use various methods in our time together. My main goal is to provide a space for you to explore your life, your thoughts, feeling, and behaviors, your strengths and successes, and we will figure out what is getting in the way of your happiness.
Throughout my life experience, I've come to understand the real value and importance of having an objective and caring person to talk to who can help you examine and understand things better.
