You suffer the effects of trauma: hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion, relationship struggles, or the constant undercurrent of shame. What will better mental health make possible? I work with adults carrying the invisible weight of trauma and neglect —often from childhood, sometimes from adulthood, and often both. My clients are deeply insightful and resilient, but still feel stuck. Together, we heal symptoms related to dissociation, anxiety, and complex PTSD.
My approach goes beyond talk therapy. I use neuroscience-informed, body-based models such as EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and AEDP therapy to support real, lasting change—without needing to relive every detail. We focus on calming the nervous system, increasing missing skills, and helping you reconnect with your sense of self and safety.
Healing is about helping the parts of you that are stuck in the dark adapt to your current reality. I’m a trauma therapist with over 20 years of experience and an EMDR Consultant.
