I am a caring and intelligent counselor who helps individuals and couples become more grounded in themselves as they make changes in their lives that create the clarity and ease they are looking for. With over twenty years of experience, I find that a trusting environment enhances emotional safety and rapport. This allows my clients to bring more curiosity about themselves and fewer judgements. My style is interactive and dynamic, focusing on the connection of mind, body, and soul. I teach mental health skills so clients learn to tolerate anxieties and other feelings that often accompany growth in order to obtain the happiness they seek.
My clinical areas of practice include, but are not limited to: relational issues, grief and loss, illness, aging, sexual issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Creating a safe therapeutic environment can often make all the difference when one is looking for relief from life's pains and challenges or even blocks in creativity.
