Life can be challenging to navigate alone, I provide a safe space in order to explore, connect, educate, and support. As a therapist, I provide a culturally sensitive, safe space and holistic approaches during sessions. I believe that you are the expert on your own unique experiences and I want to be a vessel to support your growth. I enjoy working with mothers from everyday life stressors to baby blues and postpartum depression/anxiety. I have a strong background in working with Autistic and Down Syndrome individuals. Moreover, I am interested in working with first-generation individuals and breaking transgenerational trauma

Living with anxiety, depression, shame, life transitions, and grief can be challenging and overwhelming to steer alone. I have experience working with individuals from different walks of life which has allowed me to best support those to better manage life stressors. I work with different therapy modalities to better fit each unique patient's context.

I too have had to make life transition decisions and understand the stressors of being a mother, and through my professional background have come to be passionate about working with individuals on the spectrum. My unique experiences have made me empathetic and has allowed me to connect with my patients in more meaningful ways.
