The approach I use is a cognitive/behavioral one. That means you will have homework! I am action oriented. I know change is often anxiety producing so the pace will be according to your needs and personality.
I have had the privilege of working with a variety of ages and issues. When working with adolescents, I prefer working with the 15 year olds plus. That is when we begin making some very important decisions. Life's transitions are one of my areas of interest and expertise.
