About
Life can be tough and at those times psychotherapy can be a lifeline. For over 40 years I have worked with men and women dealing with personal and relationship issues. My practice provides a safe place where you can give voice to your struggles, find perspective and get support while developing strategies to help you cope and move through life's challenges.
I have expertise in a variety of therapeutic approaches including art and movement therapy.
Trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, illness, conflict and isolation can impact our sense of ourselves, psychologically and physically. My goal is to develop a respectful, collaborative, therapeutic relationship with my clients so we can work together to find a path through life's difficult times.
