I specialize in treating trauma and grief/loss and recovering from narcissist relationship/abuse. I provide compassionate therapy customized to your needs. Using an evidence-based approach. I also provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) to address trauma and various challenges you may encounter. A.R.T. harnesses eye movements similar to EMDR.
