I have been treating OCD and Anxiety for over 25 years. I really enjoy teaching individuals tools that they can use to improve the quality of their lives. One of the techniques I use to treat OCD is called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
When it is in the best interest of the client, the ERP sessions will take place in real world situations so the individual can learn how to overcome their fears.
