I am a Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapist. One focus will be on beliefs you hold about yourself, your situation, and the world around you. We will target unhelpful/distorted ways of thinking that can lead to undesired emotion and behavior. These thinking patterns create and perpetuate anxiety and depression, but CBT can help.
