I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience in the fields of social work and counseling. I have worked in multiple outpatient settings providing clinical services to adolescents, adults and older individuals from diverse backgrounds. Using a person centered, strengths based approach to develop a therapeutic partnership with my clients is the foundation of my practice. I have training in several evidence-based models of psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing/Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MI/MET), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SBFT), and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT).
