Another step of healing your childhood attachment is identifying the wounded parts that are frozen in the past. By bringing them to conscicousness through EMDR (Eye Movement Desenzitation and Reprocessing), these wounded parts can unburden from the past and release painful memories, feelings, sensations, and distorted beliefs such as "I am unloveable."
