I specialize in the treatment of all forms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using exposure and response prevention (ERP). I offer treatment in person and online, and can service all areas of Connecticut. I am passionate about helping you overcome your concerns with washing, checking, worries about harming people, unwanted sexual thoughts, religious obsessions, and more. I enjoy helping people find better ways to manage their worries and fears.
We will work together to build insight and learn new ways to respond to obsessions, anxieties and worries. I see the strengths in you that you may not see, and will encourage you to have a flexible mindset in order to realize your potential. Sometimes change is a quiet thing and comes with perceiving our lives and the people around us in a different way.
