My approach to counseling is client-centered and I believe my role as a counselor is to provide a place for you to explore your feelings and thoughts and to practice new behaviors. My role is also to help you explore options, facilitate your awareness of your beliefs and values, and help you discover for yourself what is best for you in your circumstances.
I use mix of therapeutic techniques, including Psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioral techniques, Sandtray-Worldplay Therapy, meditation and mindfulness based techniques.
