I have counseled youth and adults for 13 years. I mostly use an eclectic approach, selecting specific methods when appropriate, depending on the issues and the individual or family's needs. My work extends beyond the therapy room including hardship letters for immigrant families, and medical referral letters for transgender persons seeking to transition.
