The impact of traumatic events on our minds, bodies and spirits is real and supremely significant. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective using empirically based interventions combined with approaches that are designed to nurture the spiritual being in us all. I welcome any and all perspectives on spirituality. My focus is based in cultural literacy and most importantly cultural humility. I am very in tune with the fact that you know yourself better than anyone.
I view our work together as skillful trauma therapy wrapped in a comprehensive package of viewing you as a multidimensional and dynamic person. I specialize with couples therapy and the unique needs of our LGBTQAI community. I am honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
