I am Chaplain Donna A. Moore, a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing Psychotherapy for over 25 years to adolescents, and adults in New York City. In my practice I address the following issues: depression; anxiety; stress; anger management; PTSD; family therapy; parental skills; substance abuse; women issues; low self esteem; grief/loss; and ADHD. My treatment approach's are Person Centered; Mindfulness; CBT; DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
My job as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is to work with you and to help you enhance your strengths, and provide you with the tools to become successful. Working together, you will learn to be a stronger, healthier, and more positive which will enable you to make informed decisions.
