Many of my clients come to therapy carrying anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, burnout, identity exploration, family stress, or the deep emotional exhaustion that comes from surviving in spaces that weren't built for them. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit before you commit to anything. Sliding scale fees are available.
