I enjoy working with young adult and adult clients. As a Clinician, I am well-versed in family dynamics, self-reflection, anxiety, and trauma. You are the expert of your life and experiences; I guide you, provide a new perspective, and challenge you to grow. Reflecting on our past experiences and relationships helps us identify our core traumas to gain a better understanding to create our future selves. I am very passionate about assisting clients to heal from their past and make the best versions of themselves. I’ve spent years working with very intensive models, which has molded me into a very straightforward clinician.
I believe in doing the work and showing up for yourself. Over the years my approach has grown and evolved. As a Holistic Practitioner and Licensed Mental Health Professional I believe in whole person healing, mind, body, and spirit.
