I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with twenty years of diverse clinical experience. My practice is in Frisco for teens, adults, and couples therapy. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that meets my client where they are. Traditionally, I pull from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapies. It is my job to guide you in realizing your goals and assist you through the process of accomplishing them.
