I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. My approach is collaborative so that we can work together to reach the goals that are most important to you.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a rich experience in working with adolescents, and adults. I have worked in community mental health clinics, collaborated with schools, and served as a crisis clinician. I have extensive experience with utilizing evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and DBT.
