If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or the emotional challenges of infertility or IVF, it may feel like trying to tidy up but never quite getting it right. I'm here to help you sort through it.

I aim to create a safe, genuine, and non-judgmental space where you can freely be yourself and work through your trauma and pain.I will work with you as a team to process past experiences, develop skills to manage challenging situations, and foster overall self-growth. I integrate therapy approaches like IFS, ACT and CBT to tailor treatment to your needs.

As an Asian therapist, I support Asian and immigrant clients navigating identity, cultural expectations, and intergenerational experiences. I understand reaching out isn’t easy—it takes courage, and I truly respect you for taking this step. You don’t have to go through this alone. I also offer supervision for therapists in training.
