I spend a great deal of time thinking about how to improve the human experience. Over the course of my practice, I've discovered that I'm best at healing when we look inwards. While external factors may be causes of our pain, I focus on what we can control. We'll be a good fit if you're ready to accept this journey. With time and great care, we'll hopefully draw out the resiliency that's always been present.
My integrated approach considers you, all of your identities and values. I continue to grow my practice by treating anxiety, trauma, depression, particularly around navigating generational family trauma. I have experience working with a diverse population.
