With trauma-informed, person-centered therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I guide you to connect with your inner parts, because those hidden voices often hold the key to healing and breaking painful cycles.
I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler, and my study abroad in Poland, focused on WWII trauma, deepened my respect for how history and family shape us.
