Is your relationship going through a hard time? With over 13 years of clinical experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and couples navigate communication problems, heal from past traumas, and build secure, meaningful connections. I help couples figure out what is keeping their relationship stuck. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the underlying patterns that are causing disruption or discord in their lives and relationships so they can experience lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with deep empathy, creating a safe space for clients to process.
My Specializations include: I specialize in working with couples in distress through Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), which research has shown to have long-term effectiveness in creating lasting change for couples. I am also trained in EMDR, which is a trauma-intervention for PTSD.
I work with clients from all types of backgrounds, struggling with a variety of issues. My office hours include evening hours and I have availability every week day except Thursdays.

This group meets regularly for six sessions in 12 weeks to help clients overcome insomnia, increasing your daytime alertness, enhancing your creativity, and helping you reach your full potential by making sleep a keystone habit of health. Your brain is the most efficient, resilient, sophisticated and amazing organism on the planet. It has unknowable potential, constantly changing and updating itself in response to your thoughts, behavior and life experiences. To be healthy and fit, it needs "brain-restorative" sleep, a function of sleep quality and duration. This group can help you regularly experience the restorative sleep you need.
