My clinical approach is eclectic in nature while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I served as a therapist for 13 years assisting active-duty soldiers and saw the negative impact of ineffectively coping with military related challenges. I have maintained my private practice during the past 7 years.
Our journey in life can offer many rewarding experiences as well as some very challenging times which enables us to rediscover our inner potential to heal. I'm a firm believer that each individual has the potential to grow in a healthy manner that helps to reduce stressors one may be experiencing.
