I primarily work with adults either individally or as couples who have anxiety, self esteem, anger managment and communication issues. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working out of NY with over 24 years experience. I have worked mostly with young, middle aged and older adults, as well as with couples. I provide a holistic approach to therapy tailored around the clients needs that incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral, Dynamic, and Mindfulness techniques.
I believe successful therapy starts with trust and good listening skills. I need to fully understand what my clients are going through so together we can build a specific treatment plan that helps them achieve their goals. I'm honest and nonjudgemental in my approach and value my clients insights and full participation in the counseling process.
