Do you need guidance as you navigate the world? Therapy has a way of clarifying the inventory of your strengths and challenges as an individual, a couple or family. I have worked with all ages as a trained, trauma-informed therapist. I also have experience with neurodivergence if that’s you. I have sat with those in crisis, working through life dilemmas, and wondering how to be themselves. Some clients tell stories, others paint, use a sand tray and yet others learn somatic exercises to help them return to their bodies, where healing begins.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. I have studied how our context affects our view of the world. I have worked with Individuals, couples and families since 2023, hold a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and am inclusive to everyone as they are. I am an EMDRIA-approved, fully trained EMDR therapist.

I offer fifteen-minute consultations where I'll ask a few questions about you, and you can ask questions about me and my practice, and we'll see if we are a good fit. If we work together, you just might laugh with me, maybe you'll cry, but I know you will be wiser when we're done. Kentucky clients welcome.

I have a "cash only" (Venmo, PayPal and Zelle) and am not currently accepting insurance. I charge $100 for individuals and $120 for couples and families to those that can afford that and have a sliding scale to make therapy doable!
