I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and conflict resolution. These deprive you of living a happy, productive, and fulfilling life. Counseling can be an effective way to minimize these as quickly, appropriately, and sensitively. Together we can work toward your taking better, healthier control of your life and future. In coming to my office, your goal should be twofold: Resolving issues and firing me as soon as possible!
During counseling, I become actively involved offering critiques, suggestions, and guidance. Between sessions, I sometimes suggest assignments for you to better explore issues and enhance the counseling process. For example, an assignment might be journaling or relevant readings.
