If you are thinking about starting therapy, you've already taken the first step toward making a change. I strive to help you grow into your best self, to feel validated and heard, and have increased self-compassion. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders/disordered eating, compulsive exercise, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational stress, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It is my belief that having an accepting, respectful, and collaborative relationship is necessary for the healing and change process to occur.
Having experience in multiple levels of care for eating disorders, I use a variety of interventions including person centered, strengths based, collaborative approach, with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior therapies, motivational interviewing, and other modalities to fit what each individual is needing.
I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to determine if we would be a good fit together. In addition to traditional counseling, I also offer parent coaching services. Please reach out for more information. I am seeing folks via telehealth, and am licensed in Oregon and California. I look forward to connecting with you.
