They’re ready to do hard work in a collaborative, trauma-informed space where compassion and challenge coexist. My role is to walk beside them—never above, never below—helping them move from survival to a life aligned with their values.
I provide trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I offer a collaborative, direct approach that balances accountability with compassion, helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change aligned with their values.
